It’s really hard to find truey healthy recipes out there.  When I think I found something good, the last ingredient is 4 tablespoons of butter!

My challenge is to provide truly healthy dishes that taste good too.  You will not see butter or sugar in any recipe that I designate as healthy.  Sometimes I will substitute sugar with honey since it’s more natural. "
